The History tab screen is available for custom box templates and for the Iron Mountain default box template. It displays the change history for the box template, starting with the template’s creation and including notations when changes were made and/or customers were added or removed. The History tab screen is not updatable.

1. To access the History tab screen, select Records Management | Administration | Manage Box Templates. The Manage Box Templates screen opens.
2. Click the template name, click the View button to the right of the Iron Mountain default box template, or click any of the Action dropdowns to the right of the custom box templates. 
3. Click the History tab at the top of the screen to bring it to the front.
